Scroll wheel crazy fast
With the newest public release of RStudio, using my scroll wheel on my wireless Microsoft Laser Mouse (Windows 7 64bit, R 2.15) is ridiculously fast and jumpy in the script editor window. This didn't use to be the case, nor is it a problem in any other application.

Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000 v2.

I just installed the new 117 release and there hasn't been any change in the scroll wheel behavior. As I mentioned, scroll behavior works perfectly fine in any other application. But otherwise everything works great.

Hmmm, that's very strange. Despite forgetting to respond to you (sorry about that) I thought this was fixed.
Is this your mouse? I think I will have to order one to figure it out.

Boris,
We just want to confirm that this also exists on the current release (I know you already mentioned it was on the "newest public release"). To be sure, can you again download RStudio v0.95.265 and let us know if this bug is there as well.

Hi Boris, we bought a Wireless Laser Mouse and figured it out. The next 0.96 build should have the fix. Thank you for pointing out the bug!

Sorry for not seeing your reply (shouldn't there be a subscribe function in the forums here? :). Indeed, the latest release has the fix! Great!

Boris,
Thanks for the update and glad to hear. Also looks like you're already subscribed to updates (this should happen automatically when you create a discussion), but perhaps a spam filter or something else got in the way? Thanks again and let us know if anything else comes up.
Josh
