ctrl+enter works even when cursor is in console

Though minor, this can be a nasty bug. Try typing a command in Console, then when ready hit 'ctrl+enter'. You will notice that the actual command run was the last focused line in Source, which is clearly unintended and unexpected behaviour. It would make more sense for 'ctrl+enter' to be disabled while in Console.
